Sandwich Platters (equivalent to 1 1/2 sandwiches per person)
Need to eat with minimal fuss? Our sandwich platters are a mix of sourdough, wraps & baguettes & contain an assortment of delicious fillings. These can be tailored to meet any dietary requirements including vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free.

Fruit Platters (per head)
The Agrestic Grocer has forged strong relationships with local growers to bring you the seasons best. Local fruit includes apples, pears, peaches, plums, nectarines, watermelon, oranges, figs & grapes. Fruit is seasonal and, as such, variations in platters will occur.
Picnic Boxes (per head)
Heading out to a stunning Orange location? Why not grab one of our Agrestic Picnic Boxes. We include key elements of our grazing platters and include a wrap, sweets & water. All cutlery and napkins are provided for a fuss-free lunch.

Terms & Conditions
-20% Deposit required at time of booking to secure the date/time. Non-refundable.
-40% Payment required 4 weeks prior to function (unless otherwise arranged). Non-refundable.
-40% Payment remainder due no later than 2 weeks before event (unless otherwise arranged with event manager). Non-refundable.
-If the above terms and payments are not paid and cancellation is made within the above time periods, these amounts/costs are still payable and will be invoiced.
-Guest numbers required 14 days prior to function. Small changes (1-2 guests) can be made up to 7 days before event. Any other substantial changes made within 7 days leading up to the event may be payable, this is at the discretion of the function manager.
-Should there be any breakages or damage to property during the function, these may be billed to the customer at the discretion of the event manager.
-Any additional requirements on the evening or before the event (in addition to the above) will be billed and payable within 7 days of the invoice.
-All attempts will be made to produce the menu discussed at time of booking. However, should the seasonality or availability of a product change or not be available, The Agrestic Grocer reserves the right to alter or change individual items or dishes. This will be communicated with as much notice as possible, if a major change does occur.

For an additional cost The Agrestic Grocer can prepare & set the tables ready for the florists/stylists. POA
The Agrestic Grocer requires an undercover area for food preparation (this could be in a house, clean carport or garage, or an enclosed marquee) with access to running water and power. Verification of adequate power is required one week prior to the event. This will involve calculation of total power draw measured against total available power supply.
Depending on the size of the event a cool room may be required. These can be supplied by The Agrestic Grocer or hired privately. POA
Due to OH&S regulations, The Agrestic Grocer will not prepare or serve food in a location which the manager on duty deems to be inappropriate or dangerous.
If supplying own crockery, flatware & glassware, The Agrestic Grocer will scrape & stack plates, cutlery and glasses ready for further cleaning free of charge. Any additional cleaning/washing up will incur a fee. Please advise of your preference.
Meal tastings can be conducted one month prior to the event (weddings only). These cannot be done any time sooner as our menu is seasonal and we can’t guarantee that produce you tasted will be available at the time of the event. These are free of charge to the bride & groom. Additional people will incur a charge. This is done at The Agrestic Grocer in Orange.
Please note that all our menus are based on seasonal and local ingredients. Because of this, we may need to change our dishes if ingredients are unavailable. We will endeavour to provide dishes based on what is chosen, however, dishes will be confirmed on the week of the event as some items may change.
