Medium-bodied with attractive cherry and plum flavours, balanced by light tannins.
Angullong – Cabernet Sauvignon
Complexity and texture, along with lovely flavours of blackberry, olive and blackcurrant are presented within a structural wine that has lovely fine tannins.
Pig in the House – Shiraz (Organic)
Deep red purple. Black plum, cherry and pepper aromas. Shows a riot of fruit flavour, depth and generosity with peppery spice and subtle vanillin oak. Quite silken with glossy texture and lingering savoury tannins.
Heifer Station – Shiraz
The wine is underpinned by spice and earth tones. Medium bodied, textural and moreish with abundant forward fruit flavours. The wine is balanced with natural acidity carrying the wine.
