Beau is the driving force behind The Agrestic Grocer in Orange, NSW. Since 2013, Beau has built Agrestic into more than just a café and store. It’s become a hub for local producers, artists and visitors to connect, share and celebrate the richness of the Central West.

With a background as both a musician and a passionate supporter of the arts, Beau has championed live music through signature events like Ruby Tuesday and Live @ Agrestic, giving a platform to both emerging talent and touring acts from across Australia. He believes live music is good for the soul and that creating space for it strengthens the whole community.

Beyond music, Beau’s vision extends to food and culture. He has nurtured relationships with growers, winemakers and makers across the region, weaving their produce into an ever-evolving seasonal menu and a cellar of local wines and craft beers. His commitment to “local first” has made The Agrestic Grocer a destination for authenticity and connection.
