Description
Bev and Ian Glen have their roots steeped in the Scottish brewing and distilling industry and they moved to Australia, complete with children and dog, in 2006 with the aim of establishing Bathurst’s first micro distillery.
Ian is a biochemist and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Brewing & Distilling. He utilises premium quality raw materials (with a particular interest in Australian native botanicals) and keeps processing to a minimum, in order to showcase the natural flavours
